We are people of Bassa Descendant of Liberia living in Liberia, the Americas and around the world.
The Organization is non-profit and is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious,
scientific and developmental programs purposes.
To encourage and promote peace, unity, stability, honesty, transparency, good behavior
and social awareness amongst its members and people of Bassa descendant in the Americas
and around the world.
To promote appreciation for the cultural heritage of the people of Bassa descendant.
To delivered education, healthcare, and social services, including elderly care, to Bassa
descendants and other communities in need worldwide.
To engage in educational, benevolent projects and charitable initiatives.
To aid deserving development projects through financial, materials and human resources.
To deal with the well-being of its members in the Americas and globally in such instances
or conditions as:
1. Bereavement
2. Death
3. Sickness
4. Unique events
Our mission is to empower and support individuals and families of Bassa descendant living in Liberia, the Americas and worldwide to achieve emotional and physical wellness by providing quality educational, economic, and social services for the improvement of their lives.

Civil social interactions among members
Our vision is to build vibrant cultural heritage, educational, economic, healthy, and strong communities of needy people and people of Bassa descendant.
Individuals born in areas with a predominantly Bassa descent population, are eligible for membership. They will have voting rights and can run for any office in the Organization
Those with Bassa lineage, born to Bassa parents, are eligible for membership with voting rights and eligibility for any office.
Spouses of eligible members can join if they wish. They will have voting rights and eligibility for office, except for certain executive positions (such as Executive
Director, Deputy Executive Director, Board of Directors Chairman, Co-Chairman, etc.).
Individuals who have some affiliation with the people of Bassa descent and are not qualified by Article V (a, b, or c), but have humanitarian interest, appreciate and mean well for the organization can join. They will have voting rights and eligibility for office, except for certain executive positions (such as Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, Board of Directors Chairman, Co-Chairman, etc.)
